Pay: £100.00-£110.00 per day
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant. This is a full-time position, working closely with teachers and other professionals to deliver tailored support to students in KS1 + KS2 with diverse learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN
- Assist in the planning and delivery of differentiated learning activities
- Support pupils in managing their behaviour and emotional regulation
- Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and parents/carers
- Contribute to the development of individual education plans (IEPs)
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN, preferably in a primary setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting young people
- A proactive and flexible approach to working within a team
