Pay: £100.00-£110.00 per day

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant. This is a full-time position, working closely with teachers and other professionals to deliver tailored support to students in KS1 + KS2 with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of differentiated learning activities
  • Support pupils in managing their behaviour and emotional regulation
  • Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and parents/carers
  • Contribute to the development of individual education plans (IEPs)
Requirements:
  • Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience working with children or young people with SEN, preferably in a primary setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting young people
  • A proactive and flexible approach to working within a team
