About the Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work alongside experienced teachers and SEN professionals, supporting pupils with a variety of Special Educational Needs, including:
- Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
- ADHD
- Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)
- Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD & SLD)
- Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
- Sensory and physical needs
You will provide one‑to‑one and small group support, helping pupils access learning, develop independence, improve communication, and build confidence both inside and outside the classroom.
