Milk Education is seeking a Psychology Graduate to join as a Student Support Mentor in West Drayton, supporting vulnerable pupils with SEMH needs within a secondary school.
You’ll work 1:1 and in small groups, using trauma‑informed, relational and restorative approaches to help pupils regulate emotions and re‑engage with learning.
