The Role: We have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Consultant to join our team in our Liverpool City Centre HQ. We have opportunities across Primary, Secondary, and SEND divisions, a rewarding desk with scope for significant growth and success. As a Principal Consultant, you’ll be set on a clear path to progress, with structured goals in place from day one to help you step up to Managing Consultant level—if that’s your ambition.
In your role as a 360 Consultant, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle including:
- Client relationship management
- Candidate sourcing
- Full-cycle recruitment
- Market analysis
You’ll play a key role in driving success through end-to-end engagement with both clients and candidates, ensuring quality and consistency in everything you do.
