Milk Education is seeking a compassionate Pastoral Support Assistant for a Teesside primary school.
You’ll support pupils with their emotional wellbeing, confidence and engagement in school life, working closely with teachers and pastoral teams.
The role focuses on building relationships, running small-group activities around wellbeing, and creating an inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
Previous education/childcare or mentoring experience is preferred.
