Milk Education is working in partnership with a friendly and supportive primary school in North Tyneside to appoint a Primary Learning Support Assistant for a full-time role starting in September 2026.

The school is looking for a motivated and nurturing individual who can support pupils both academically and socially, helping them to thrive in a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide classroom support across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
  • Work with small groups to reinforce learning activities
  • Support children who may require additional help with literacy, numeracy or communication skills
  • Promote positive behaviour and engagement in lessons
  • Assist with classroom preparation and learning resources
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
