Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join welcoming Primary Schools from September 2026.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that inspire learning.
- Create a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
- Assess, monitor and record pupil progress.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
- Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, carers and colleagues.
- Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and the wider school team.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
- Follow safeguarding procedures and school policies at all times.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS for September 2026.
- Primary Education graduate looking to begin their ECT induction.
- Passionate about making a positive impact in the classroom.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
- A flexible and proactive approach to teaching.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

This role is paid within the advertised pay scale. Your starting rate will be determined by your qualifications, relevant experience and the requirements of the assignment.
