Milk Education is working with a number of welcoming and supportive Primary Schools across Sedgefield and surrounding areas and is looking to recruit caring, resilient, and dedicated Behaviour Support Assistants to join schools from September 2026.
You will play a vital role in supporting pupils who may experience behavioural, social, or emotional challenges, helping them develop positive relationships, confidence, emotional regulation, and the skills they need to engage successfully.
