Milk Education is seeking an Early Reading Intervention Assistant to support Hartlepool pupils with Read Write Inc. phonics and early literacy development. The role is based in Durham city centre and surrounding areas, with flexible full-time or term-time hours depending on the assignment.
You will deliver targeted catch-up sessions, monitor progress, and provide feedback to class teachers. A Level 2+ TA qualification or equivalent is desirable.
