Milk Education are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Mentor in Nottingham. As a Youth Mentor, you’ll support students with behavioural needs, helping them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist students with behavioural challenges in both one-to-one and group settings.
- Support the development and implementation of individual behaviour plans.
- Provide guidance and positive reinforcement to encourage students’ social and emotional growth.
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to monitor and assess student progress.
- Offer strategies and interventions to help students manage their behaviour and emotions.
