We’re currently recruiting for a Secondary Maths Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in Nottingham on a full-time basis, starting October.
You’ll be joining a welcoming and ambitious school that places a strong emphasis on high standards, inclusion, and student achievement.

Your main responsibilities will include
- Delivering high-quality Maths lessons to KS3 and KS4 students in line with the national curriculum.
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons that develop students’ mathematical knowledge, reasoning, and problem‑solving skills.
- Assessing student progress and adapting teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and well‑managed classroom environment.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to support departmental and whole‑school objectives.
- Encouraging students to achieve their full academic potential and develop confidence in Mathematics.
- Upholding the values and professional standards of Milk Education and our partner schools.
Requirements or Skills
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A specialism in Mathematics with the ability to teach KS3 and KS4.
- Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills.
- Excellent subject knowledge and the ability to engage learners of varying abilities.
- A commitment to raising standards and supporting student achievement.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one through Milk Education).
