Milk Education is recruiting enthusiastic and motivated Secondary Classroom Cover Supervisors for our schools across Nottingham, working on a long-term or short-term basis, starting immediately. This is an exciting opportunity for graduates who are passionate about education and eager to gain hands-on experience supporting pupils with special educational needs in a rewarding and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Cover and support to schools.
  • Teaching lessons sticking to the lesson plans, safeguarding and school behaviour policy in delivering tailored lessons and activities to meet individual pupil targets.
  • Support pupils with communication, social skills, and emotional regulation throughout the school day.
  • Promote positive behaviour and engagement within the classroom and wider school setting.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

  • A degree in any subject with a genuine interest in education and supporting young people.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
