Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting pupils one-to-one and in small groups, responding to their individual needs
- Helping deliver catch-up sessions to close learning gaps
- Working alongside the class teacher on lesson planning and adapting resources
- Promoting an accepting, inclusive classroom where every student feels they belong
Requirements or Skills:
- Recent experience working in a school or education setting
- Solid numeracy and literacy skills
- A Level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare, education or similar — or equivalent hands-on experience
- Comfortable taking direction from the class teacher and working as part of a team

This role is paid within the advertised pay scale. Your starting rate will bedeterminedby your qualifications, relevant experience, and the requirements of the assignment.
