Milk Education is recruiting an Autism Support Worker to join a specialist SEND provision in Durham, starting in September on a term-time basis.

You will support pupils aged 5–19 with complex needs in a nurturing, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities include 1:1 and small group support, assisting with personal care, adapting activities, promoting engagement, and monitoring progress while upholding safeguarding and school policies.

A calm, patient, and flexible approach is essential.
