Autism Learning Support Milk Education Durham, UK
We’re currently hiring for an Autism Support Mentor to join a Primary School based in North Durham.
You’ll be joining a welcoming school that puts wellbeing and community at the center of everything they do.

- Main Responsibilities
- Providing one-to-one and small-group support tailored to pupils’ individual learning needs
- Fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment where every pupil feels valued, respected, and included
- Assisting with the delivery of targeted intervention and catch-up sessions to help pupils bridge learning gaps
Requirements or Skills
- Passion for working with children
- Understanding of additional needs and how to support them
- Recent experience working in a school or education setting (preferred)
- A Level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare, education or similar - or equivalent hands‑on experience (preferred)
