Milk Education in Newcastle is recruiting a Mental Health & Behaviour Support Buddy to work in a Pupil Referral Unit on a long-term basis starting September. This role offers flexible contracts (temp, perm, or temp-to-perm) and supports students with SEMH and behavioural needs in a trauma-informed setting.

You will build trusting relationships, mentor individuals and small groups, help regulate emotions, and collaborate with teachers and external professionals to implement behaviour and support.
