Milk Education is seeking a committed, resilient SEMH Learning Support Assistant to join our Alternative Provision in Newcastle upon Tyne.

You will work with students who require additional support to overcome barriers to learning, develop positive relationships, and achieve meaningful outcomes.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will build trusting relationships, support emotional regulation, and deliver targeted interventions inside and outside the classroom.
