Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS curriculum.
- Support children’s learning through play-based experiences.
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, maintaining accurate developmental records.
- Act as a Key Person, building secure and positive relationships with allocated children and families.
- Support children’s personal, social, emotional, and physical development.
Person Specification
Essential
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare (full and relevant).
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework.
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.

- Paediatric First Aid certificate.
