Milk Education is recruiting a Graduate Classroom Supervisor for an 11-18 secondary school in the Newcastle area.

You will work full time from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, beginning 1st September 2026, to support non-contact time for teachers and gain classroom management experience without being a qualified teacher.

Deliver pre-set lessons, maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment, follow safeguarding policies, and liaise with the Cover Manager to provide feedback on classes.
