Milk Education is working closely with a welcoming and inclusive primary school seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Classroom Support Assistant to join their team this September. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children’s learning and helping pupils thrive academically, socially and emotionally in a positive classroom environment.
Classroom Support Assistant Key Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Work with individuals and small groups to support learning and development
- Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment
- Encourage pupil participation, confidence, and progress
- Support children with a range of learning needs, including SEN where required
About You:
- A caring, patient and positive approach to working with children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine interest in education and supporting young learners
- Previous experience in a school setting/other relevant experience with young people
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) are an advantage
