About the Role

Join our team as an SEN Teaching Assistant in a specialist school that supports pupils with a range of emotional, behavioural, and mental health needs. You’ll work alongside therapists, educational psychologists, and SEN specialists, gaining invaluable practical experience in mental health and therapeutic education.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emotional and academic support to pupils with SEN needs.
- Implement individual education and behaviour plans.
- Support wellbeing and therapeutic interventions.

What We’re Looking For
- Graduates in Psychology, Criminology, Youth & Community Work, or related fields.
- Non-graduates with relevant experience in youth work, mentoring, or social care are also encouraged to apply.
- A strong interest in working with young people who are at risk of entering the criminal justice system.
