Milk Education is recruiting a dedicated and compassionate Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs in a welcoming school in Newark. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SEN TA or a confident Level 3 practitioner looking for a long-term role where they can make a real difference to children’s learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN.
- Help pupils access the curriculum and achieve their individual learning targets.
- Support pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development.
- Adapt learning resources and activities to meet pupils’ specific needs.
- Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery, differentiation, and classroom management.

Essential Requirements:
