The Role
As a KS1/KS2 SEND Teacher, you will:
- Plan, deliver and adapt engaging lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of children with SEND
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, support staff, and external professionals to provide an inclusive learning environment
- Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and ensure progress is monitored effectively
- Foster a safe, encouraging, and stimulating classroom atmosphere that supports emotional well-being and social development
About You
We are looking for a dedicated professional who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has proven experience or a strong interest in teaching children with SEND
- Is skilled at differentiation, classroom management, and creating inclusive lesson plans.
- Possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
