We are currently recruiting reliable, enthusiastic, and qualified Secondary School Teachers to work across a range of supportive, high-performing secondary schools. About the Role
As a Secondary School Teacher, you will deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across your subject specialism while supporting student progress and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment. You will work alongside experienced teaching teams and follow established schemes of work, ensuring consistency and continuity in learning. This role is ideal for ECTs, experienced teachers, and teachers seeking flexible or long-term secondary teaching roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across your subject specialism
- Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment
- Support student attainment, progress, and engagement
- Follow school behaviour policies and safeguarding procedures
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SEN support, and pastoral teams
- Provide feedback and assessment information where required
- Adapt confidently to different secondary school settings

Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in a UK secondary school
- Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills
