Milk Education are recruiting for a Cover Supervisor in Middleton to support one of our partner secondary schools with a consistent need for cover. This Cover Supervisor role in Middleton is ideal for experienced Cover Supervisors looking for regular work within one school, while also having the opportunity to pick up additional assignments across Middleton and North Manchester for greater flexibility.
About the Role
- Deliver pre-set lessons as a Cover Supervisor in a secondary school in Middleton
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Keep students engaged and on task throughout each lesson
- Support students across a variety of subjects
- Maintain a positive, focused, and well-managed learning environment

What We’re Looking For
- Previous Cover Supervisor experience or experience working with children and young people (schools, coaching, youth work, care, etc.)
- Strong behaviour management skills and the confidence to lead a classroom independently
- Ability to engage pupils, establish routines, and maintain high expectations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, adaptable, and professional approach
