Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, ambitious Teaching Assistant to join a range of Primary Schools across Middlesbrough. You will be joining inclusive and supportive school environments with strong values such as diversity and equality. What You Will Be Doing:
- Promoting inclusion and acceptance of all students
- Delivering small group or one to one catch up sessions
- Supporting pupils according to their individual needs
- Working with the class teacher to plan, evaluate and adjust lessons
Essential Requirements:
- Recent and relevant experience in an education setting
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification such as CACHE, Childcare, NNEB or relevant experience
- Ability to work effectively under the guidance of the classroom teacher
