Pay: £145 – £232 per day

Hours: Monday – Friday | Full-time/Part-time

About the Role – Primary Teacher

Milk Education is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teachers to work across a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools in Middlesbrough and surrounding areas. Whether you’re an experienced teacher or an ECT, this is a fantastic opportunity to secure flexible work or a longer-term role, starting immediately. You’ll have the chance to deliver engaging lessons, support pupil progress and make a real impact in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Passion for supporting children’s learning and development
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
