Your Role & Responsibilities
- Support pupils across the classroom, on a 1:1 basis, and in small groups.
- Deliver pre-planned lessons as a Cover Supervisor where required.
- Encourage positive behaviour and engagement with learning.
- Support pupils with additional learning needs, including SEN.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, teachers, and parents.
- Gain valuable experience across a variety of year groups and subjects.
- Develop the confidence and practical skills needed for a future teaching career.
