Are you an enthusiastic and nurturing Early Years Teaching Assistant looking to make a real impact? Milk Education is recruiting passionate individuals to support children in Nursery and Reception across Primary Schools in Middlesbrough. As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you’ll help create a safe, engaging and developmentally appropriate learning environment. You will work closely with class teachers, contribute to observations, assist with phonics, early literacy and numeracy and provide 1:1 or small group support where needed.
What we’re looking for:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification
- Experience supporting children in an Early Years setting
- Understanding of the EYFS curriculum and developmental milestones
- A nurturing, patient and proactive approach
- Confidence supporting children with varying needs
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
