We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join welcoming Primary Schools from September 2026. Whether you're looking for your first long-term teaching role, hoping to secure a permanent position, or wanting to gain valuable experience across different school settings, we’ll take the time to understand what you’re looking for and match you with the right opportunity.
With opportunities available across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, this is a fantastic chance to begin your teaching career with ongoing support from a specialist education consultant.
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that inspire learning.
- Assess, monitor and record pupil progress.
- Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
- Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, carers and colleagues.
- Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and the wider school team.
- Follow safeguarding procedures and school policies at all times.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS for September 2026.
- Primary Education graduate looking to begin their ECT induction.
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
- A flexible and proactive approach to teaching.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
