Milk Education is partnering with a welcoming secondary school in Wirral to recruit an Early Career Teacher (ECT) for KS3/KS4, starting September or as soon as possible. Open to all core subjects including English, Maths, Science, Humanities.

You’ll receive a structured induction, mentoring, and ongoing professional development to support your initial teaching career. You will be mentored by experienced staff, plan and deliver lessons, assess progress, differentiate for learners, and contribute.
