Your Main Responsibilities

  • Planning and delivering engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Teaching Biology, Chemistry and Physics across the secondary curriculum where appropriate

  • Assessing student progress and providing appropriate feedback
  • Building positive relationships with students and staff

Requirements or Skills

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching Science at secondary level
  • Strong subject knowledge across the Science curriculum
  • Ability to teach Biology, Chemistry and Physics at KS3/KS4 is desirable
  • Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
  • A professional and positive classroom presence
