Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, ambitious and Qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Primary School in Wythenshawe. What You’ll Be Doing in the Role
- Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive learning experiences across the curriculum
- Monitor and record pupil progress, providing feedback to teachers and contributing to assessments
- Supervise pupils during classroom activities, educational visits, breaktimes, and lunchtimes as required
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and use initiative when covering lessons or supporting learning activities in the teacher’s absence
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent recognised qualification)
- Experience supporting children in a primary school or educational setting
- Good understanding of the primary curriculum and effective learning support strategies
- Ability to support pupils with a range of learning needs and abilities
