Milk Education is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated PE Teachers to work across a range of schools in South Manchester from September. We are looking to connect with qualified PE Teachers, ECTs and experienced education professionals who are passionate about supporting pupils through physical education, sport and wider school activities.
With a wide range of schools and opportunities available, we’re open to speaking with teachers looking for long-term positions, short-term supply, flexible working, part-time roles or permanent opportunities. You may be teaching across different year groups and settings, so whether your experience is in KS3, KS4 or across the wider secondary curriculum, we’d love to hear from you. There may also be opportunities to contribute to extracurricular sport and enrichment activities depending on the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons that meet curriculum requirements
- Adapt teaching to meet the needs and abilities of different pupils
- Promote positive attitudes towards physical activity, health and wellbeing
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour, participation and achievement
- Assess pupil progress and provide appropriate feedback
- Contribute to extracurricular activities, clubs and wider school life where appropriate
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support positive outcomes for pupils
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognised equivalent
- PE teaching experience is desirable
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Good knowledge of the PE curriculum
- A positive, energetic and adaptable approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- ECTs are encouraged to apply

This role is paid within the advertised pay scale. Your starting rate will be determined by your qualifications, relevant experience and the requirements of the assignment.
