Milk Education is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Level 2 and Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work across a range of schools in Wythenshawe, Trafford and Stockport from September. We're looking to build our pool of experienced Teaching Assistants for a variety of opportunities, from day-to-day supply and short-term placements to long-term and permanent positions. Whether you have experience in mainstream primary, secondary or SEND settings, we'd love to hear from you. We work with a wide range of schools, meaning we can help match your experience and preferences with the right opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support teaching and learning through one-to-one, small-group and classroom support
- Assist pupils with accessing the curriculum and completing learning activities
- Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development
- Work alongside teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Support pupils with additional needs where required
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Previous experience working within a school or education setting
- Experience supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, KS2, KS3 or KS4 is welcomed
- Comfortable supporting pupils with SEND and additional needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A patient, adaptable and proactive approach
- Confident supporting pupils both independently and as part of a wider team
