The ideal candidate will be confident in building relationships and proactively approaching senior leadership teams to establish new partnerships.
The role:- Build and maintain strong relationships with Multi Academy Trusts (MATs) and their senior leadership teams.
- Spot and create new partnership opportunities across the MAT sector.
- Nurture existing client relationships to help them grow and thrive over the long term.
- Work closely with Directors and senior leadership to support the company’s growth strategy.
- Share and showcase Milk Education’s unique selling point Unbottled with Milk and solutions and benefits with MAT partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and high-quality experience for schools and trusts.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and education conferences.
- Research and map the MAT sector to uncover new opportunities and connect with key decision makers.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to senior leadership teams within trusts.
- Keep activity and opportunities up to date in the CRM to track progress and successes.
- Proven track record in education recruitment or education sector business development.
- Strong ability to build relationships with senior decision makers.
- Confident in cold outreach, networking, and opening new doors.
- Commercially aware with a strategic approach to business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
