The Opportunity
Our Manchester City Centre office is thriving—ambitious, collaborative, and on a serious growth trajectory. With major expansion plans in motion, now is the perfect time to step in and take ownership of a growing division. We’re looking for a Divisional Manager with experience across the SEND, Primary, or Secondary sectors, ideally with a strong 360 temporary background and proven leadership skills.
This isn’t just a day-to-day management role—you’ll be a true right-hand leader, supporting the Associate Directors in delivering ambitious growth and strategic initiatives. With a HOT desk and some warmer patches ready for development, you’ll:
- Lead and develop a team of consultants within the education division
- Drive divisional growth, performance, and profitability
- Oversee multiple 360 temporary desks while supporting team billing success
- Build and maintain senior client relationships across schools and education providers
- Act as a strategic partner to Associate Directors on growth initiatives
- Coach, mentor, and develop consultants to reach their full potential
- Create and execute strategic plans for business expansion
- Ensure compliance and safeguarding standards are consistently met
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture
