Role Summary:

The role provides frontline experience supporting vulnerable young people with emotional, behavioural and social needs, while developing therapeutic and intervention skills for future clinical careers.

Your Experience Will Include:

  • Supporting pupils with emotional regulation, confidence and social interaction
  • Assisting staff with behaviour support and therapeutic intervention strategies
  • Working 1:1 and in small groups to improve engagement and attainment
  • Supporting pupils with sensory, emotional and behavioural needs
  • Encouraging participation in sport, cooking, creative arts and life‑skills activities
  • Helping students develop coping mechanisms, routines and independence
  • Supporting restorative conversations and positive conflict resolution
