We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our team from September. About the Role:

Full-time positions available from September

Supporting students across a range of SEN needs (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties)

Working alongside teachers and the SEN team to ensure pupils are fully supported in their learning and development

Encouraging independence, building confidence, and promoting positive learning experiences

About You:

Patient, caring, and adaptable with a genuine interest in supporting young people

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Previous experience in SEN (desirable but not essential)

A willingness to learn, take direction, and grow in the role
