Our specialist ASD secondary school in L27 is seeking full-time Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our dedicated team from September.
We provide education and support for pupils with autism and complex needs, including PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties). This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a highly supportive setting.
About the Role:
Full-time positions starting September
Supporting students with autism, communication needs, sensory needs, and PMLD
Working closely with teachers, therapists, and the SEN team to deliver tailored support
Assisting with personal care, therapy programmes, and life skills development where required
Creating a positive, inclusive, and safe environment for all learners
About You:
Patient, empathetic, and committed to supporting young people with SEN
Able to adapt to different learning styles and individual needs
Comfortable supporting pupils with PMLD, including personal care (training provided)
Previous experience in SEN or care is beneficial, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn is most important
