Are you an experienced or aspiring SEND TA looking for a role where you’ll genuinely make a difference? Milk Education is recruiting Teaching Assistants for specialist SEND schools across Haringey, supporting pupils with autism, SEMH, complex learning needs and EBSA. You’ll work 1:1 and in small groups, implementing support plans alongside teachers and therapists in a structured, well-resourced setting.
We’re looking for candidates with experience in SEND, care, youth work or a related degree, alongside patience, resilience and a genuine commitment to vulnerable young people. Team Teach, Makaton or PECS training is an advantage but not essential — full induction provided.
Immediate start available, with September 2026 positions also open.
