Milk Education are working with a secondary school in Dagenham to recruit a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with additional learning needs.

You will collaborate with teachers, pastoral staff and the SEND department to provide tailored support for learners with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and other needs.

You will help students access the curriculum, achieve individual targets and contribute to an inclusive, supportive environment where every learner is valued.
