The work:
- Reintegration support, graduated return to school programmes and in-class emotional support
- Building consistent 1:1 relationships with young people experiencing high anxiety
- Liaising with families, CAMHS, SENCOs and pastoral teams

- Understanding of person‑centred, low‑demand and therapeutic approaches
