We’re placing SEN Learning Support Assistants across North London schools and alternative provisions — and right now demand is outpacing supply, particularly for candidates with SEMH experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working 1:1 or in small groups with students who have social, emotional and mental health needs
  • Supporting in-class learning, de-escalation and positive behaviour strategies
  • Building consistent, trusting relationships with young people who find school hard

What we’re looking for:

  • A calm, grounded approach — you don’t rattle easily
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)

What Milk Education offers:

  • A consultant who actually specialises in SEND — not a generalist TA desk
  • Weekly pay, competitive daily rates and fast DBS processing
  • Access to roles across Haringey, Camden, Islington, Hackney and Barnet
