Milk Education is seeking a Behaviour Mentor for a secondary school in Islington to start in September on a long-term, temp-to-perm basis.
The role focuses on supporting pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs, delivering 1:1 and small-group support to promote positive behaviour and learning outcomes.
You will work closely with staff to implement individual behaviour plans, de-escalate challenging situations, and help pupils stay engaged in school with calm, patient guidance.
