Milk Education is looking for experienced teachers and tutors to work with children and young people who are out of school — including those with SEN and in vulnerable circumstances — on a flexible, 1:1 basis across Haringey, Camden and Islington. No packed classrooms. No Ofsted pressure. Just you, one student, and the chance to make a real difference.
The Role
- Deliver personalised 1:1 sessions tailored to each young person's needs
- Re-engage pupils who have been out of education and help rebuild their confidence
- Bridge gaps in learning and boost attainment at the student's own pace
- Work flexibly — you choose your availability, sessions are 1–3 hours

Requirements
- Qualified teacher: QTS, QTLS, PGCE, EYFS or equivalent
- 6+ months' experience in a UK school
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
- Right to Work in the UK
- Two professional child‑related references covering the last two years
- Up-to‑date Safeguarding training (desirable but not essential)
