The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Maths Teacher to join our team.
You will play a key role in delivering engaging and tailored Maths lessons, supporting students’ individual learning needs, and helping them develop confidence and skills in numeracy.
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Maths lessons adapted to the needs of students with SEN.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and interventions as required.
- Create a supportive and positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and resilience.
- Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.
- Contribute to the development of teaching resources and strategies tailored for SEN learners.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Maths, preferably within an SEN setting.
- Strong understanding of differentiation and inclusive teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for helping students with SEN achieve their potential.
