What You’ll Be Doing
- Come in and put your stamp on your desk, owning the way things are done and setting the strategy.
- Build and nurture relationships with schools and clients.
- Source and place top talent into exceptional roles.
- Hit and exceed your KPIs consistently.
- Identify new opportunities and grow your book of business.
- Use CRM and sales tools to maximize efficiency.
- Mentor and grow your own team as the desk expands.
