Milk Education in Camberwell is seeking a Learning Support Assistant with a Criminology or Psychology background to support vulnerable learners in a secondary school.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups, applying trauma-informed approaches to improve attendance, engagement and behaviour.

This role offers hands-on experience in SEMH, ACEs, and safeguarding, with opportunities to progress toward youth justice or psychology pathways.
